Headlight Restoration

Yorvik Windscreens offer our headlight restoration service. Dull and yellow headlights can be an MOT failure and severely reduce how your lights perform, this can be caused by UV rays discolouring the plastic lenses. We can polish and refurbish your lights at a fraction of the cost of a new set of lights and re seal them against UV damage to keep them looking like new.

You might have seen adverts using “Magic Wipes” or toothpaste to restore your headlights, these are usually a quick fix and do not address the cause of the discolouration and wont last long.

We use a 4 stage sanding process to remove any discolouration and marks then give the headlights a wet polish to bring them back to like new, we then re-apply the UV coating to protect the lens from further damage.
